THE PROBLEM
Grid congestion is one of the biggest obstacles to clean energy adoption. Many utilities struggle to upgrade their systems quickly enough to meet demand, and building new lines takes years. While LineVision offered a proven solution to optimize existing infrastructure, the value of their technology was often lost in overly technical explanations. They needed a concise, emotionally resonant story that would communicate both the innovation and its impact to utility leaders, energy advocates, and policymakers.
OUR SOLUTION
We produced a short documentary that explores LineVision’s collaboration with National Grid. Through interviews with engineers and field footage of the technology in use, the piece explains how LineVision’s monitoring system helps utilities better understand and manage their transmission lines. The focus stays on practical outcomes—improving reliability, increasing capacity, and supporting grid modernization. The video is now used in presentations and online platforms to help a broader audience understand the role of this technology in strengthening the electric grid.
